Kathryn Brown is an EVP, Integrated Account Lead at BBDO NY, an advertising agency. She currently oversees AT&T’s unique account structure that merges media and creative to solve business challenges at record speed, unlocking new paths to creativity. Kathryn is known for her ability to establish deep and meaningful partnerships with marketing leaders to uncover powerful business-building insights. During her time with the agency, she has worked on notable campaigns for FedEx, SNICKERS and GE alongside work in the non-profit space for the American Red Cross & Sheryl Sandberg’s effort to “Ban Bossy”.
Kathryn is a member of the Women’s Leadership Group at BBDO, helping to drive a safe, inclusive environment through policy change & mentorship. A firm believer in “if you can’t see it, you can’t be it”, she tries to lead by example – demonstrating for both her teams and her two young daughters, the ability to pursue a career, while also managing important life changes.
Kathryn lives in Manhattan with her husband Justin and daughters Sophie (3) and Charlotte (1), who are both growing up way too fast.
