Celeste Burgoyne has been a part of lululemon’s growth story over the past 13 years and is a key member of the company’s senior leadership team, where she has held the role of Executive Vice President, Retail, Americas since 2016. Celeste started her career with Abercrombie & Fitch, where she held various positions during her ten years with the company. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing lululemon’s retail strategy and vision across the Americas, as well as the company’s global approach to omnichannel and guest engagement experiences.
In addition to growing and transforming lululemon’s retail business, Celeste helps to spearhead key cultural and philanthropic initiatives at the company. As a leader, she played a critical role in helping lululemon reach 100% pay equity in April 2018, and is involved in the company’s successful Here to Be program, which creates equitable access to yoga and meditation across social, physical and economic barriers. Celeste is on the MAKERS@ board, is a Director of the BC Cancer Foundation and an active member of the fundraising community.
Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego in 1996. An avid runner, road rider and yogi, Celeste and her two young boys call Vancouver home with frequent visits to Whistler for all of their snowy pursuits.
