Since joining the brand in 2011 she has played an integral role in defining and bringing to life the Athleta’s mission to ignite a community of active, healthy, confident women and girls who empower one another to realize their limitless potential. She has spearheaded the company’s Power of She campaigns and storytelling surrounding the vital role we each play in protecting the planet and its people. Across two decades at creative agencies, consulting firms and at consumer brands, she has gained deep expertise in brand transformation, global brand management, marketing communications and business leadership. She believes in the transformative power of movement on the mind, body, and spirit and is an avid athlete who combines her love of adrenaline sports like mountain biking, kitesurfing, and snowboarding with grounding practices in yoga and meditation.
